Headaches are often taken for granted when they need not be. Chiropractors treat many causes of headache. Chiropractors can be effective in the treatment of headaches due to injury or other problems in the neck (known as cervicogenic headache). These types of headache usually affect the base of the skull and often behind the eyes. This can be a contributory factor in migraine.
